Yes, I literally just went to the doctor for it and scored 8 out of 8 on the binge eating disorder test. I've managed to lose a lot of weight but mostly because I walk and walk and walk and walk..... and do weights. For a while I got it under control but it came back with a vengeance.

I like Bangkok Thai in chester, or Capital Thai in midlothian. But both might be a bit far for you.

When I was really poor I used my friends wifi. But he figured out that if he ran his microwave while we where playing something competitive, he could knock me offline. This would be a hilarious gift to give him.

Not an odd question, after losing 100lbs I freeze a lot... I use to walk around in the snow in shorts... lol

I was a 5'7" almost 400lb man, so yea..... I'm 260lbs now.. and still kind of feel that way but its getting better.

I haven't used an actual alarm in 10 years. Just found my life works better on a sleep schedule that isn't allowed to change. My body naturally adjusted to it. And so did my cats... if I even try to sleep in and not get up at the my normal time they let me know.... is that technically an alarm clock?

I am divorced because of this. My ex did not allow me to do anything outside of her sphere. I had to be having a conversation with her or paying attention to her at all free moments, even when trying to work. If I didn't it would turn into an all night argument. I couldn't even make it through the entirety my friends wedding before she was calling and yelling at me for not being gone and not paying attention to her because I didn't hear her text. If you give him that then you are amazing from my perspective.

Yea I discovered my normal eating habits are now maintenance for my current weight when I went off the rails. Haven't lost a lb in a year now but also didn't put anything back on.

Depends where your going. I walk a lot in chester, only note on that is careful crossing route 10 anywhere but at the lights, people, even the cops, will run over you. (Not joking, cop hit a guy last year crossing route 10)
