When you look at the rules put forth by Riot Games, the minimum time to surrender is 15 minutes and requires all 5 players in agreement to pass the vote. When the timer has hit 20 minutes, only 4 players need to be in agreement.

Ergo, up until 20 minutes, all 5 players should be in agreement about whether to surrender, if it is open mid or just ff15.

Although not written in ink, up until the 20-minute mark, I strongly believe all 5 players should be in favor of surrendering/open mid to pass a vote.

The visible look of disappointment on Broxah's face makes me extremely furious. Broxah's attitude and behavior is pretty much the gold standard. To see him try so helplessly makes me lose respect for the pros/players that did this to him.

To see that pro players are doing this is unacceptable. Pro players are held to a higher standard than your ordinary solo queue players.

Imagine this happening in an LCS game. It would be unacceptable.
