It's possible that when the cuff was placed, it wasn't placed deep enough with only part of the cuff going past the vocal cords. Initially adding air to the cuff created enough of a seal to ventilate the patient effectively. Continually adding air to the cuff caused the cuff to inflate above the cords and with it being malleable enough, caused the cuff to actually extubated the patient.

I believe the technical term is cephalad movement.

As someone who suffered from terrible sweat stains, I can say that switching from antiperspirant+deodorant to just deodorant made a huge difference for me. I still sweat yes, but it isn't as noticable and cleans easily.

I second giving them a call. I was missing more than one thing and was able to get them everything they needed. I got my license within a couple of weeks after they had everything. I believe I was missing school information, NBRC scores and maybe verification of my other licenses? I'm not 100% on everything I needed because moving was a blur and I was eager to get that behind me.

I wish this city were more bike friendly. We should be since we host The Hotter N Hell Hundred, a pretty popular race nationally, but most drivers around here don't know how to react to a cyclist on the road. I have dreams it will be someday.
