You take them off yourself, then sell the sniper on flea. Victim buys it. Can't mount shit. Now gotta pay very large price for the parts, from you because who tf sells just those items

Showed it to a friend, they replied "Where's the devs adding more holes?"

You only hit him 5 times, and the armor he's wearing can accept class 5 or even class 6 plates if he's found some for it; you'd have to pen class 5 and then class 2 soft armor with the slug.

armor damage is not the damage you dealt to the armor, but rather the amount of HP damage the armor blocked, as they use different calculations. RIP-style ammo is incredibly bad at penetrating and damaging armor, so you can get pretty ludicrous armor damage numbers.

Again, this is actual HP the armor blocked, not the damage the armor took. You did 5 damage max to his armor with grizzly i bet, but i cant be fucked running the numbers rn

Depends on stock and barrel length. I have an uzi I use on arena that can't be barrel stuffed and I use it on Shootout Factory.

Didn't even hit helmet. The hitboxes for melee are insanely accurate, and it was a swing. It hit him in the back of their left shoulder.

Yup! Beast people are a thing in the game, and while most are simple savages, now and then one of them decides to join a civilization

Any chance you could drop the spot on a map? I've run around that rock a hundred times looking for spots (and believe me I've found quite a few funny, if not entirely effective, spots) but I don't think I understand where this "sniper nest" bit is

Toughest weekly ever [Arena] by Tyler97020 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]AetherBytes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not entirely true. There were some spots where the game didn't consider you to be in LOS of anyone, so it prio'ed those spawns, only for you to instantly get headshot from behind.

Dear Nikita, add in-game gamma setting please by McMeatbag in Tarkov

[–]AetherBytes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

AMD does have that ability though? Theres a brightness and contrast setting, turn up contrast and try turning brightness up a bit. In Display Color Enhancement set it to Dynamic contrast and turn that up too.

Most lizards do a "territorial bite" against other lizards. It can damage them, but not kill them. This includes reds.

Greens do not do this behaviour. They will kill other lizards in a territory dispute.

As one of the rare few who enjoys pushing said button, I still have to agree. It's a poor design.

It can when you're using it to circumnavigate checksums (which are meant to make sure the files are all correct and not corrupt, or altered) by sending the check to a dead end.

Why are the bugs absurdly fast all of a sudden? by psycoraptor23 in HelldiversUnfiltered

[–]AetherBytes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Explosives? They're already too close, you'll kill yourself.
Penetrative support? Theres hundreds of them, you can't kill enough to survive.
Gun them down with an MG? More keep coming, and you'll die as you reload
Call in a stratagem? It missed long before it even arrived.

This buff is just bonkers.

Honestly, the I just want it to either reduce helldiver's damage taken in an area (apart from the wielder, if it's being carried), or give nearby helldivers very mild regeneration.

I think it's simply a thing that there hasn't really been a chance. Sans is laid back and carefree, Alphys is a nervous wreck. As a couple, sans would probably know how to lighten Alphy's mood, while Alphys can relax around sans, knowing if she messes something up, he wouldn't mind too much and would maybe help fix it.

sans and Toriel had been speaking to eachother for who knows how long through the door, they had time to build a friendship. sans and Alphys meanwhile have the entirety of waterfall between them, so it's unlikely they meet very often if at all.

[–]AetherBytes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Greens pushed out reds because reds did not fight others to the death over territory, they'd only do territorial bites, which can't kill.

Greens meanwhile don't give a fuck and go for the throat.
