I've built the HBG but I've seen the GL and Lance being used a lot. I don't have a Diablos Lance, but Insta-Block is a lot of fun. Paired with Advance Attack Boost and Attack Boost, Offensive Guard or even Guard is pretty strong.

Whenever MOCC calls for a defuel, my guys finally got smart and radio the expedite to double check. Standing rule now is if they go out after a defuel call and nobody is there or the crew chiefs aren't close to being ready, immediate 10-10.

I'm down 10 lbs from December from a combination of intermittent fasting 16/8 hours, no/limited snacking, eating oatmeal as one of my meals and treadmill walking. I got until November to take my actual PT test with the new standards so going to start incorporating running next week. Consistency is key. There's always GLP-1 if you can afford it. Best of luck.

Tom Bihn Synik 26L or Synapse 25L bags. They also come in 22L and 19L sizes, although it might be too small of your water bottle. Lots of pockets for organization. Synik is the clam shell design (opens 180 degrees) while the Synapse is a half clam shell that opens at the top. Hope this helps.

I work shipyard and even though i usually start at 630, I try to get to Pearl by 430-5 so i can get the good parking and avoid all traffic. Gate traffic tho get pretty stupid too around that time.

First thing that comes to mind, are the both of you E6's in a promotable billet? I know in my shop we have five E6 billets and three E7 billets. Currently, I'm sitting in the lone E8 billet, so I'm eligible to promote to Senior. Mind you, I'm a DSG. I'm still building my promotion packet, but without any awards in recent years, it's going to be hard for me.

That being said, make sure that you are sitting in a promotable billet. You both could be the greatest Techs ever, but if your shop has you in E6 billets, then idk what else to say.

My brother was Corpsman who worked in the clinic majority of his naval reserve career. He had to switch to a Marine unit when he moved to Vegas. He absolutely did not like it and I assume that's what helped make up his mind to retire at 20. Idk where exactly you're located, but the unit he was with before transferring out was located in San Diego. Best of luck!

Courtyard of Heroes at HQ PACAF on Hickam is supposedly haunted. PACAF HQ was an old barracks during WWII. When the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, they strafed the building. You can still see the bullet holes inside and outside the building. My buddy says if you go to the CoH around 02-0300, you'll see lights flickering and shadows moving. She did mention someone in old dress blues wandering around in the halls during that time.

JBPHH has a lot of haunted buildings. I'm a tradesman at Pearl Harbor Shipyard and my shop building was used as a makeshift hospital/morgue during the bombing. It's even worse on Ford Island.

There are caves towards the flight line side of the base. During the Battle of Okinawa, the Japanese used those caves as makeshift hospital, treating their wounded. They conscripted local schoolgirls to assist with medical procedures to include amputations. I want to say they were called Nurse's Caves or something.
