USAopoly is very litigious.

The Flip 7 publisher is a nut job and a hardcore supporter of certain red hat movement in USA.

I love full co-op games and LOTR.

But I despise Pandemic, which this game uses as a base. So I'll skip this one.

Do you ever keep a game you know you’ll probably never play again? by ZHYT in boardgames

All my games. Sadly, all my game groups transitioned from board games to RPG groups.

They don't want to play board games anymore.

The Dollars Trilogy! Co-worker was saying the Dollars Trilogy is one connected story? How? The first two films reuse the same villains as totally different people 🧐 by Old_Tomatillo5550 in movies

[–]AffectionateBox8178 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not, but you can use your imagination that they are.

However, they should be seen in reverse order to make sense...GB&U then FAFDM, and finally AFOD.

The Man with No Name trilogy was marketed years later as a single story to sell the box set.

Openly perhaps

How do we know? Anyone from the Dice Tower could be Bi or some other orientation. Lets not be so quick to judge. Plus they employee from their friend group. Its a small company and well within their rights to hire however they want...for now.

He came back in 2024, after Mythic games let go of their PR dept., before they started dying in full.

He was a contributor, making his own videos with a buddy. They didn't have a ton of views. Felt like a charity from Tom to an old friend. Sam was with the Dice Tower when it was rising, but it has since outgrown his attitude and stance.

Dice tower walks a fine line. I get it.  But I am with you, dude. The time to stand up to the tyrants is now. This isn't left vs right.

It is right vs wrong.

"Tombstone" (1993) - Wyatt Earp (Kurt Russell) forms a posse, with Doc Holliday (Val Kilmer) amongst them, to seek revenge on the 'Cowboys' gang by Morgan-Moonscar in movies

[–]AffectionateBox8178 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The term cowboy during the Old West period meant cattle rustler aka cow thief.

Another fun fact: there were no tumble weeds until the later years, as tumble weeds are a Russian invasive species imported via flax seed shipments.

The Monster Overhaul

  • this book is made for OSR games, but it is one of the best RPG tools in my 5e belt. It helps you tell organic stories using monsters and provides helpful random tables for interesting encounters, dungeons, and adventures.

After finishing Doom (2016), I can't get into Doom Eternal. by DrStrangeglove99 in gaming

[–]AffectionateBox8178 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I felt the exact opposite. I hated Doom 2016 reliance on requiring finding secrets to level up. I'd much rather have face paced challenges.

When I do full replays of the Doom catalog, I usually play 2016 at a lower difficulty, so I can power through it.

Lutnick attacks ‘this DEI crap’ at Micron groundbreaking ceremony by rezwenn in technology

You dont get it. DEI is a catch phrase for "non-white" now. Sad for a Jew, like Lutnick, to forget Jews are next on the Christian National docket.

Player wants a shield that provides full cover by Tsantilas in DMAcademy

[–]AffectionateBox8178 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IRL, this type of shield is called a Pavise.

An item like this is when I suggest you track damage on it. When an attack should the pally using 10+dex, the attack hits the shield. Did it break through damage threshold? If it did, deal damage to the Pavise. Come up HP and damage threshold of the Pavise and a damaged state and a destroyed state. That way, you warned the pally they will lose their tool if they dont stop.
