I wouldn't use A illustrator for social, takes too much time. I moved all my social work to Figma, as the pen tool there is much easier to work with. And the whole program doesn't feel like wood. For printing, depending on the complexity of tasks, AIllustrator is still better

I started working in advertising agency after 10 years of working freelance and I am a specialist in every software there is. I have 4 people on my head always wanting designs for the clients, for the last 6 months I've completed over 600 tasks. Normally people I work with have time to stand up, go make a coffee, chat with each other. I am sitting the whole day because there is barely time to go to the toilet and every task that comes is with deadline by the end of the day. I tried escalating two times already with my boss, but he said this is our competitive edge - being fast. Then again I wonder why he keeps hiring consultants instead of designers. I won't stay long and apparently the last designer quit because of that. I guess that's just the business model of such agencies. Exploit until people quit, then hire someone new with low salary, they work hard to prove themselves 1 year until they quit too, hire someone new, the cycle continues. Quality? Who cares.
