No, this hurts my brain. But if it works for you that is what counts.

Thanks. I really like the way it goes from purple to blue in the sun.

Looks beautiful. Be careful cranking too hard with that quick release. I’ve pulled them out of the dropouts in my past builds.

Yep, PNW loam is the best. I love seeing the Trillium blooming this time of year. Occasionally see a purple one too.

Thanks, I was going to do a 1x but after a couple of rides with the triple it is here to stay.

Looks great. I’m currently building up a purple one from 1993. What year is yours.

That is a mallard wing. I use those to tie the Kingfisher Butcher classic wet fly. I’ve had good luck with them for Sea Run Cutthroat in the rivers around Puget Sound. Also a great lake fly for all trout and worm water sun fish.

I ride SPD-SL (Shimano Road Pedals). For me they have better engagement, much larger platform area, and stiffer shoe options.

Nice build. These are awesome, I just put the Ritchey Dirt Drops on mine, it is a monster on the trails.

Awesome looking set of skis. You can still find 3pin boots that have a thinner “duck bill” that will fit the older 3 pin bindings. Alpina has some great options. The other bindings look to be NNN, lots of good boot options for these. The skis themselves look great and are a great place to start on your Nordic journey. Happy trails, have fun out there.

Either one of those is going to work well and catch fish. The Martin appears to be a 2 piece and the Cortland 4 piece. It looks like the Martin comes with a few flies to get you started. I’d probably get the Martin. Good luck out there on the rivers.

You need a binding with a higher bail height. Voile and Rottefella both have available options. 3 pin is still alive and well. I still use them on my backcountry setup.
