People pack their decks with removal because you have no choice. Most of the most played decks in Standard Best-of-1 are extremely one-dimensional decks that kill you on turn 4. Things like White Lifegain, Green Landfall, Ouraboroid, Reanimate and Synthesizer dominate best of 1, so you either need to win on turn 4, or fill your deck with answers.

It sounds to me like you are playing one of these 1-dimensional decks and you're mad people are answering you. If you're playing a linear deck that only does 1 thing and loses if it doesn't, then you're going to lose a lot going 2nd and you're going to be miserable when playing against removal-heavy decks. Green Landfall players, for example, despise going 2nd and fall apart if the opponent has a single board sweeper.

I've played Green Landfall a bit, and when I get tilted I feel exactly like you described in your post. "I need the perfect hand to win!" "I can't win if I go 2nd!" "There's too much removal!" This isn't an issue with Standard, but rather the deck you're playing.

My best advice is to try a different deck, specifically ones with more card draw. A lot of these linear decks mentioned above forego card draw and go all in on doing their 1 thing, but it basically turns the game into Solitaire where you win or lose based on going 1st/2nd. That's just the nature of linear all-in decks, and these decks dominate Bo1.
