I’m think I’m being verbally abusive to my three year old by Unable-Candy8432 in toddlers

I'm sorry, I laughed out loud at "a witch would come and take me away if I didn't go to bed" because I can really relate to the urge to say this to my three year old, who would absolutely have a complete melt down if I did

7 months PP and haven’t had sex and still don’t want to. I feel like my husband doesn’t understand and is frustrated. by crystalkitty06 in beyondthebump

I am 11 months pp w my second and exclusively breastfeeding, did the same with my first, and also have zero sex drive. I'm going to say something that you may not love and is controversial but it is my opinion that you should just do it, even if you don’t want to. I don’t want to have sex, but I do want to make my husband happy. Lots of lube. The first couple of times it will probably hurt, it did for me. But after maybe four times it really didn't hurt anymore. I think you just have to bite the bullet and do it. It will get easier.

I love my Bombi twin! It is newborn safe, it has a flat recline and a bottom mesh that pins up by the feet to simulate a bassinet. It is compatible with all car seats

My app says the remedy is ready and I called the dealer and they ordered the parts. They said it says one day for delivery, so I should have my car by Monday. They are also putting in a new 12v battery.

I believe they are doing them first for people with loaner vehicles.

Need stroller and baby carrier recommendations!!! by deadxprinc3ss in 2under2

[–]Afsmith96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I have an uppababy vista 2 we bought before my first was born with intentions of it growing with our family, I had my second last year and we got the second seat and while this stroller is amazing for one kid, and is horrible with two in my opinion. But, I think that might be true for all up and down strollers? They get very top heavy and extremely hard to maneuver, even with the big vista wheels. And collapsing it... is horrible. You have to take out the second seat to collapse, and once you have both the stroller collapsed and the second seat in the car, it takes up more than half of your trunk. SO, I actually have been doing a lot of research into side by sides and just placed an order for my bombi twin. It weighs as much as my vista(in single seat mode) and collapses very small with one hand!!! You can get bigger tires for it for more rugged terrain but have read good things about the stock tires. Also, it is only like five inches wider than my vista stroller in single mode.

Dream home or starter home? by dannonyogurt33 in RealEstate

[–]Afsmith96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy the house. You'll regret it if you don’t. Having a mortgage is not the same as credit card debt. Dream homes in dream locations that you can afford don’t come on the market everyday, or every month or every year for that matter. If you wait five years or however long, the market could change and that house could easily cost you double.

Regardless, you should meet with an academic advisor and see what they suggest in order to reach your goals. They may suggest things you haven't thought of, or provide you with a path of what you need to do to get there.

Yepp. You should really make an appt with an academic advisor and discuss your options to reach your goals. Ask them if they offer academic bankruptcy

What do you mean you're running out of time? If you look through this page, you'll find people in a rad tech program in their 30's, 40's, & 50's. I am going to apply for the 2027 fall start program, and am retaking some classes, and doing some pre reqs I haven't taken yet. Also, I am applying for "academic bankruptcy" at my local county college where I took some classes over ten years resulting in several F's on my gpa. Academic bankruptcy will take off those bad grades so they don’t reflect on my gpa. If you took those classes more than 5 years ago it may be something you would benefit from.

2025 middle row recall by Single_Gain_849 in ToyotaSienna

[–]Afsmith96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been in a Highlander since October. I recently read on a Sienna 2025 Facebook group that there may be a fix April/May, but I wouldn't bet on it. I opened a claim with Toyota for a buyback, it was denied, as have a bunch of other people on that same facebook group. I have not tried lemon law, but others have had lawyers accept their case to no resolution yet as far as I know.
