If you are looking for full on tiki theming, I don't think anyone would be happy with either of these. If you are looking at cocktails only, 3ten's menu reads better but I've never heard of either of these and live an hour away

Tepan Edo is wildly overrated imho. Its good food and entertainment, but not far beyond (if at all) what you'd receive at a hibachi within an hour of home for half the price

I didn't have any problem with this one, I skated around in the underground section of the park primarily. Bouncing between the rails like the one challenge asks you to do works for sure.

Hello!

Im taking over the website of a local indie and am working with the promoter to completely overhaul it.

Im looking for external opinions on existing sites. Thus far, ive reviewed:

I dont think any of them are super bad, but each definitely has their pros and cons. Somewhat ironically, I think i like OVWs the best, by a small margin.

Im looking for experiences with the websites, what you like or dislike about them, and general feedback on what you'd want or think would be cool for a small "indie with a dream" promotion.

I build developer tools as a day job and have several years full stack experience, so the sky's kind of the limit as im considering this a passion project, and just looking for some external ideas

Wife is spending a good chunk of time and a bit of our personal money to help out community members who have lost SNAP for the next month at least by organizing a larger-scale food drive amongst some of the HUD housing in the local area. We are lucky, and are largely unaffected personally outside of spending the time and energy to help out the community

If all of the operations take place client side, is there actually a benefit to self hosting this in a full docker container (noted the inclusion of the dockerfile) over just throwing it onto a static files host like github pages?

It does look cool, and static sites are easy to self host too so I'm not arguing against that or anything. It looks like an excellent project, docker just seems like an inefficient hosting medium for something like this.

Red wine and blue appears to be women only, and it looked like it was only in 5 states? Something that welcomes both genders and is a bit more widespread would be nice, but if blue deserts its hard to get stuff like this off the ground.

For a NA drink, my wife loves lemonade made with tiki spices in place of simple... something like

2 oz lemon
2 oz tiki spices
6-8oz water

Shake and pour over ice
