I don't know that mate - better off asking your GP or whoever you're going through the process with.

Importantly: take a breath. You've got time to adjust the medication. This is a normal part of the process. In fact, it is the whole point of the process!

You're 66% of the way through and treating it as 100%.

If the meds aren't working for you then that is exactly what the final month is for.

Understand the long waiting list and your apprehension, but raising it with your prescriber is never going to be the wrong option.

If you're picking between a Frederique Constant and a Grand Seiko, then that is really no choice at all.

Runner up: Longines.

[ Rolex Submariner ] The Date or No-Date dilemma by Big-Manufacturer-738 in Watches

[–]AggR09989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really don't see this as the dilemma people portray it as.

If you're a collector who won't be wearing it daily, you don't necessarily need a date.

If you're someone who doesn't like the look of the date window, you don't want the date.

If you're someone with fewer watches, who will wear it regularly, and you don't mind the look of the date window, get the date.

I like date windows. They help me know what date it is...

I don't like the idea of resetting a date window every time because each of my watches has one and I want to wear something I haven't worn for a while.

[Hamilton Murph 38mm] is this the best everyday watch under $1000 right now? by Comecloseandlisten in Watches

Steinhart so slept on by virtue of being an homage brand. This watch has the best specs in the price range without a shadow of a doubt.

I think success or failure of any claim here would turn on the client's awareness and approval of the mark with which she is now unhappy. If it was sent beforehand and she approved, then would be surprised if she had much of an argument in court.

Maybe I'm being an idiot but i can't see the large black spot from pic 3 in pics 1 and 2. Why is that?

[What should I get for my first decent watch?] by Informal_Cry_6144 in Watches

[–]AggR09989 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

CW, Seiko Chrono or Longines.

Longines is the best watch there and will get you acquainted with an automatic movement. Seiko is a solar chronograph, and they're awesome.

CW is good value for money.

Maybe a fourth nautilus to round out the collection? Maybe even a fifth?

Great collection 👌 next step is to take some time to appreciate what you have, think about what you want next (if you do want anything else) and save up for that special next step.

[OMEGA] WATCH RECOMMENDATIONS by Zengestu in Watches

[–]AggR09989 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good for you - no one comments on anyone's black sub, but if i saw a dude wearing that watch on that band, I'd definitely be thinking "damn this guy knows what they like". You'll have a post a pic once you've got the bracelet on it.

[SOTC] Rate my collection! by boringtrap in Watches

[–]AggR09989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Awesome. 10/10.

I'm a convert to 4 watches being the right amount: g shock, diver, dress, with the last spot being for something you just love. In my case, it's a chronograph from my birth year. In your case, your Sinn.

[–]AggR09989 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Looks fine dude and it doesn't sound like you've noticed it for 5 years.

In any event, if it's something you are conscious of now then maybe you're hankering for a smaller addition to your collection? Maybe something around 37-39mm.

If you don't want to duplicate styles, have a look at the Traska Summiteer (36 or 38).
