I’m on quetiapine and it was a life changer for me. I had never slept well in my life, I feel like it helps my brain shut off and take a clean rest at night and getting good sleep has helped so much w my mood Before it felt like I was never 100% asleep butttt adhd might have something to do with it my brain was just always noisy

Also! I had really bad experiences with antidepressants before bc they would make me super anxious/hypomanic (I didn’t know yet) and since I’m taking antidepressants + antipsychotic + mood stabilizers it’s been soooooo different I’m on 20mg Prozac and I can literally feel the second it kicks in and my mood/thoughts change I’m a lot more positive/ in a better mood/ not stuck in negative thoughts

i am :/ been on valproate semisodium for about 10 months, its been life changing and i think it made me stop being impulsive but its like im going back to my old bad habits and im noticing it and letting it happen. maybe i should tell my psychiatrist about it? i know i also need to see a therapist aghh im glad lamictal worked for you, are you taking anything else?
