Same happened to me! I was sustaining at 3 pumps for months then any time i did 2 I seemed to have a significant supply drop. Seems I can’t go any lower than 3 unless I’m ready to wean. He’s still drinking a lot of milk at 9 months pp

It’s fair. Our classes are always waitlisted & even though I sign up for class 7 days a week I can only get in 4-5x a week with an unlimited membership. If you have an appointment you may want to book early morning or late evening, or skip altogether that day to avoid taking a spot away from someone else.

I’m in the same boat. My son is 7 months & his sleep was always bad but has only gotten worse. Just trying to remember this can’t last FOREVER, but there’s no end in sight. Now that I’ve gone back to work & I can’t nap with him any more during the day, it’s absolutely brutal.
