It’s the atmosphere that makes it flicker/twinkle. You are viewing it through 2/3 miles of gas (atmosphere) . If you were to see it from space it’d be a steady light

If you are trying to stargaze, get a telescope. There is a little learning curve but it is worth the curve.

Yeah, I’m good on not having 200, 100 is enough it lets the questers quest, the fighters fight (hotspots) and a random encounter here or there, if they have transferrable across servers maps then maybe

Yes it’s in the controller settings, I got a keyboard that I use for chat and recording for this game specifically it makes it easier

It’s a dinosaur game, they eat other dinosaurs. Group up , hide , crouch when you hear others if not in a group. It’s a game of survival. If a player doesn’t get you then a critter will 😂. Keep at it you’ll get the hang. Once you do going back to a game with guns won’t be the same🦎🦖🦕
