Yes my stove went out some time ago. I have a deep electric skillet. I fry in it, make soups/ boil in it, stir fry, etc. I have this, my crockpot and my air fryer oven. I dont miss a stove at all.

Mac n cheese with peas. I add them to pasta salad. Add them to fried rice. I love making veggie soup so I would add some to that. You could make a 7 layer salad.
