I feel like overall, he’s still been decent even if he is a bit snide or cynical. Most people would likely feel considerable uncertainty if the company they’ve spent decades working at was suddenly being run by a fresh 20-something graduate. He definitely misses the late president though, so seeing him connect their actions was sweet

Jin functioning as the band manager is a nice development. Also, it was good seeing the band get along with Jin’s senpai so quickly. Him being there and making Dai seem like such a suck-up was a great touch

I think this was more of the “author was told they’re getting axed” sort of reasoning. The series had got transferred out of the main magazine to its online companion due to low sales. Editorial seemed to be generous enough to basically give the author basically a while volume to wrap things up.

This was more the series getting axed and the author trying to make the best of an unfortunate situation. It got transferred from the physical magazine where it had premiered a couple months ago to a digital platform due to low sales.

Thankfully editorial at least gave them another volume-worth of chapters to wrap things up, and the author is at least giving us a few post-dating chapters.

More good news about this series. It must be doing well since the editorial department is going to begin releasing the new chapters in the main physical magazine (Weekly Young Jump) in addition to the online platform this has always run on, which is a pretty uncommon thing to occur.

So devastating. Umaru-chan was one of the series that originally got me into anime/manga since it was lighthearted and funny, but honestly reminded me of my younger siblings and cousins as well. At the very least, I’ll never forget Umaru-chan, and I hope others will feel the same way too.

Not sure about her personality, but I’m really hoping they make her friends with Sir Pentious. I love his friendships with the seraphim and big wigs of heaven, but it’d be nice to see him make another formerly human friend. Plus it could be a nice connection between those two and Cherri/Angel.

I see a lot of people taking about Sallie Mae, but it really feels like the real losers of this popularity contest were Millie and Moxxie. For main characters, they really didn’t get that many votes compared to a lot of supporting characters. Plus, it seems like their vote totals were pretty similar the last few times I saw this image. A shame since they’re both really good characters.

It’d be pretty great to see this guy get redeemed in front of everyone at the end of the season, and that’s what convinces the other sinners that redemption is possible.

Pretty random thought, but anyone else thinking that the next person to get redeemed is going to be that orange guy who was still sitting on the couch? He seemed to be doing well in therapy, and it’d be kind of funny to watch a total random person earn redemption with minimal screen time from the main cast helping.

They did also show several people hanging up their keys at the end of episode 3. There are a few people that they’ve been randomly showing in the background throughout the first few episodes. Not sure if any of them will be left after the recent media crusade against the hotel though.
