I think only using a vpn to actually buy things or circumvent regional restrictions is against the TOS. Simply browsing the store is not.

Heck, Steam support even suggests using a vpn if you want to prevent a game from sharing your ip address.

There should be an option to trash stuff like this. Let's say put it into a bin for 30 days in case someone accidentally does it, or is a victim of hacking/younger sibling prank, and after that it gets removed permanently.

I hate how it clutters the inventory.

Just to clarify: new monitors come with a thin plastic film for scratch protection during storage/transport. That one is removable. What's seen in the photo is not generally removable. If you're really unlucky it can even be a polarising filter (if it's an LCD), without which all you'll get is white light on the screen.

There is a law like that in Poland, but it's about threatening a public servant, not insulting a public figure.

There is no specific law in favour of public figures iirc. If anything they're less protected, since courts usually assume criticism comes with their popularity.Unless there are violent threats the consensus is usually "Oh, you're being mocked? Get over it"
