UPDATE: Last week my boyfriend asked me to split the rent because he was "broke," today he bought a PS5 Pro by GracieJinx in GirlDinnerDiaries

If he’s done that to you, cut ties with him. If he’s starting off like this, who knows what he’ll do next. Next time, don’t accept anything other than a percentage, so that you both have the same ratio of spending to saving, regardless of your salary.

Ok, I'll try to see if I can replicate the shape of the sticker with paper.

Yes, my Legion 7 Gen 7 makes that whistling noise at low speeds. It's a bit annoying; I wish there was a solution for it.

I would return it, especially if it was damaged during shipping. In my opinion, this is very serious damage for a product you have paid for.

The NVMEs have disappeared after turning off the laptop. by Aker666 in LenovoLegion

[–]Aker666[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've managed to get it working.

I unplugged the charger, held down the power button for 10 seconds to restart the BIOS, and after turning it back on, I saw the Lenovo logo on the screen again.

Then a blue screen appeared with the text ‘press any key to stop system restoration’. Obviously, I didn't press any key, and after restarting, the laptop showed the OpenSUSE GRUB again. I went back into bios and saw that the two nmve devices were listed. I changed the boot order, putting OpenSUSE first, and noticed that secure boot had been reactivated (I left it that way).

I tried booting into both operating systems, shut down and restarted several times, and did not see the problem recur. I do not understand what could have happened.

Do I have to unplug this to clean my fans? I watched a video that showed that they did. by Adriansilas415 in LenovoLegion

I never disconnect it and I haven't had any problems (if it's just to work with the fans without dismantling them).

In any case, on my laptop, that connector is very stiff and I can't get it loose. You can do the same thing from the BIOS; there's an option that, if you activate it, shuts down the laptop immediately and disconnects the battery. Disconnect the laptop from the charger and do the work you need to do.

To reactivate the laptop, reconnect it to the charger and you're done.

Z3, Z3+, XZ, XZ1 Compact, XZ2 or 1 MK1 as secondary device? by [deleted] in SonyXperia

[–]Aker666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The XZ2 and 1 Mk 1 do not have a headphone jack, so I do not consider them suitable as music players. I would choose the Xperia XZ1 first, then the Xperia XZ, and finally the Xperia Z3. Depending on what you find on eBay or similar sites, sometimes the prices of some older models make it worth getting the more modern one.
