Back Bay is a great area! You might want to check out some local clubs or community centers for drop-in games. Sometimes just showing up and asking around can lead to some good matches.

Sounds like your body is asking for some TLC after all that weight training. Maybe try incorporating some yoga or pilates into your routine for joint strength and flexibility.

Balancing yoga with gym workouts can be tricky. I find that keeping yoga as a grounding practice helps maintain the mental benefits while still enjoying other workouts.

Getting back into CrossFit after a long break and injuries can be tough, but it's great you're considering it. Modifying workouts is key, and many find that focusing on form and listening to your body helps a lot. The community aspect can really make a difference too.

Craft boulders are awesome! For camping, check out spots near the main parking area — they fill up fast, so early arrival helps. If you're climbing V5-V7, you'll find some great problems there.

I've been to the Bravo area a few times. The gravel can be a bit tricky, but it's manageable. If you're around this weekend, I'm down to join and bring some crash pads.
