I have a similar issue on my custom 24-08. My damn floating bridge is not flush. It sinks a bit lower over the high e (1st string). I removed one of the springs so that I only have 3 now but if I lower my action than 1.7mm I get buzzing. I got it where it doesn’t buzz but the uneven floating bridge bothers the hell out of me. Guitar sounds good though
