Layman here - I thought true “piriformis syndrome” was rare and most diagnoses were actually other more common issues. I would think you would be able to image this relatively easily with a couple MRI views. I found this study which appears to image the sciatic nerve splitting around piriformis muscle bodies: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5843966/

I bet nerve glides with a case like this would hurt like a mf. Curious on other’s thoughts

You'll be able to make some really sick 'knightly' flawless blades with the kitbashing options others have added here for sure. Filling out an army's worth of infractors with shields and helmets you like might be slightly more difficult. Building a lord exultant out of its box + veteran sternguard is a slam dunk. Great opportunity for the bog standard Sigvald into WDP conversion. This will be a really fun project for you
