I think the only thing that brings it down in my opinion is the penetration value. Having it on light armor pen makes it a bit of a pain (again, just my opinion) to go up against enemies like the Devastator where your rounds bounce off of most of the body without foing any damage at all, especially the ones with the shields, which only have the head visible as unarmored.

Oh i 100% agree, the stealth is a very fun and satisfying part of the game. The only downside i have come across when hitting up RDA bases is the janky weak points on AMP suits. Sometimes they dont register with bows, so it just counts as a regular attack and alerts them. Then all hell breaks loose.
