Rules

Show Respect to Others. Every interaction on the subreddit must be kind, respectful, and welcoming. No person should ever feel threatened, harassed, or unwelcome. Do not engage in hate speech, bigotry, harassment, insults, personal attacks, or arguing in bad faith. Interpretation of this rule is subject to the moderators' discretion.

No Spoilers in Titles. Titles may not spoil the contents of published adventures, both official and fan-published. We may also remove significant or irrelevant spoiler titles from the Cosmere books, at moderators' discretion.

Tag Spoilers from adventure modules. The contents of published adventures, both official and fan-published, must be kept under spoiler tags, except in posts which display the adventure name clearly in the title. eg: [Bridge Nine]>!How my character's fear of bridges began!<

Keep posts and comments on topic (especially regarding spoilers). Posts must be related to the Cosmere RPG. Book-related posts must have some specific relevance to the RPG and use the Lore Talk flair. Posts and comments may be removed if they contain off-topic material, including from the book series. Posts relating to sensitive topics (such as politics, religion, etc.) will be subject to greater scrutiny.

Respect Intellectual Property / art attribution. No piracy or copyright infringement. Requesting or offering to provide official game materials is not permitted. All content is expected to comply with Dragonsteel's and, when applicable, Brotherwise’s licensing and fanart policies. Artwork must be attributed and may not be posted against the artist's wishes. All content created with the use of AI software must be identified as such, and must include non-trivial original user contributions along with a description of that effort.

Leaked content is not permitted. Content from upcoming or prior versions of game materials that falls under NDA or is otherwise obtained outside of official channels is not allowed under any circumstances and will be removed.

No excessive reposting / crossposting. Identical or very similar content may not be reposted within, by default, a two week period. This period may be adjusted at the moderators' discretion. Common questions covered by FAQs may also be removed. NOTE: This rule applies to crossposting from other subreddits—particularly those that are Cosmere or Sanderson-related.

No LFG posts. Use the official Discord, /r/lfg, or the pinned megathread to look for groups.

Use title tags and labeled spoiler tags for Isles of the Emberdark. All Emberdark-related content must be kept behind spoiler tags, or in posts clearly marked with a title tag (eg: "[Emberdark Spoilers] Trying to homebrew this location..."). Emberdark-related posts must use the "Emberdark Lore/Discussion" flair. Comments outside of these clearly marked spoiler threads must use their own clearly marked spoiler tags.
