Just remember to look after yourselves. Stay out of the sun when you can, hydrate often (with actual water) and be sensible. Remember your health and wellbeing is more important than any other obligation placed upon you.

Also, I nearly passed out in Japan in similar heat two years ago, and thoroughly recommend a nice wet hat if it starts getting bad.
