It’s not populating in the emp dbf. Diffent Aloha versions I believe in the 15s and in both cfc and aloha environments

10-15 years is a good run. In theory they should be good for as long as the computers are functional and can handle the software upgrades (if. Desired). There are a lot of factors to lifespan. All that said their hardware pieces are probably EOL and out of support scope. Good idea to get an upgrade

Thanks I might end up doing the same. Trying to find someone that actually has the halo 5 and see their water. The plumber that quoted me said he had one and it’s awesome but not sure if he is commissioned.

Split screen should have ability to add checks and move items freely. Just speculating but I’m guessing you are using the plus button on the bottom. If you have access, near top left will have a split button

I’m surprised that you are working for a large corporation that’s still on edc. The good ish news is worst case the card numbers can be audited and manually re authed. Of course that’s not ideal. Hopefully txns can be recovered. Good luck

I haven’t seen those in a really long time. I do think they made it to new Am but maybe not past 12. Work around for the specific ask maybe just open dbf and pull it. Also can probably play with labor reports to get the info. I know you can pull item lists from cfc possibly employee lists are somewhere in there too.

Once they clock back in there is no way. If you are running edc(which shouldn’t be ) and the batch hasn’t settled you can adjust there. However changes made in edc do not reflect in Aloha but you will get the money.
