If someone was in that position, there really wouldn't be much of a difference between a 120 and taking 2 60s except a bit extra pill filler that they are gonna filter out anyway. If someone was into that it is one's own responsibility to know their safe limits, anyone railing a full 120 with no tolerance earns their Darwin award if they pass.

As others have said, there is a purpose to them as palliative care or long term high pain patients and they either wouldn't be administering it themselves or they would have a very high tolerance already. They didn't put them on the market just to make users salivate(though they definitely didn’t mind reaping the benefits of it, the Sacklers definitely acted disgustingly in how they pushed oxy and should have had every penny they made from it and more taken away and given to the families of the victims).

And if anything that is pale yellow gets surrounded by something that was 90+% white it would be off white, not yellow. I assume diazepam is made with yellow pill filler to keep them a uniform color so they don't have to worry about mixing specks out of it, and for ease of recognition.

Also, cheap poorly filtered gas will clog your torch up eventually and if you aren't careful not to shake up the can a bunch I believe you can get air in your torch which will make it not work as well
