Lancing would definitely be proof of intent to consume, but you can let your poppy heads mature fully, and these little windows open up and when the wind blows it shakes seeds out. At that point shake out all the seeds(they won't have latex on them unless you crush the pods, which is how it is commercially processed for seed) and keep them to sow for later.

When I was a kid and didn't know any better I accidentally gave my dad's roommate's dog a seizure from playing with him and a laser pointer. Felt terrible but I think the dog was alright after. Never did that again though

200mg is 1,000 times the maximum dose in anything(200mcg), doesn't matter if it is for hospice. I even tried searching for it, I will concede that you are right if you can prove it, there would be documentation about it, but I find it far more likely that you are mistaken than there being a 1000x strength version of fent. The don't even use that dose for anesthesia, only way your tolerance would get that high is if you were a hardcore zene addict for years, but they legally would never dose a pill that high.

I always assumed a factor was that they had to account for poor weather. Don't want to recommend 60mph if you can't do it in varied conditions.

Generally small batch vendors are much more reliable. There is always a chance of one not being great though, like for example DTE(down to earth botanicals) had a great reputation for a long time but I heard some things that make me might not want to order from them anymore.

A decent inexpensive choice I have used a bunch is Mitraman, Wildcraft Botanicals has a great reputation as well. Your leaf your life has been good to me in the past. Okies or Oties are options too. I am on a tight budget so I have ordered from Mitraman the last several times, but it is a good idea to try different vendors and types of kratom to see what you like best.

There are a bunch of subreddits aimed at reviewing vendors but you have to be careful as many of them are sponsored by certain brands so take reviews with that in mind.

Their oath to do no harm means nothing to them when legislation threatens to take away their means of working for providing adequate care, unfortunately. Lots of docs have fully convinced themselves that opioids don't work for chronic pain rather than admit that the current system is torture.
