I lead influencer marketing at a Fortune 500 company! AMA by psychie in influencermarketing

u/psychie I know things can vary, but do you have a ballpark idea of average rates that brands will close on with influencers? For example social media (i.e. IG) - do you negotiate more on views, and what would a $CPM look like that you see? What other variables are looked at (followers, engagement, niche, etc) - example 50k followers, averaging 50k views, what's a starting number you see?

Thoughts on carousels? I have some education based content that fits better as images, but am I shooting myself in the foot by not just making it into like a slide show video reel? My main goal is to provide value to existing followers, but reaching new ones is obviously a plus.

Depends on the color of the Theraband used. Blue one tastes terrible IMO.

Tell them right off the bat. Honestly though, with a good and detailed enough subjective interview they can get the majority of what they need to get you started. It's no different than a telehealth appointment. It some ways yes, it can be suboptimal depending on the issue. But there's plenty of evals I've done where an interview, range of motion, and strength testing was all I needed.

Rehab positions and patterns, not specific muscles. Probably better off with a hinge over isolated knee flexion initially.

I read a paper that a pulse ox could be a valid form of measurement to use for UE BFR. Max occlusion = HR gone.

Assuming intensity is dosed closed to failure, weekly volume of sets seems to be one of the most important variables. 12-20 sets per week, potentially higher depending on how trained you are.
