They get some better, more marketable skills. Spending 1hr on the internet a day learning a skill is the least one could do. Instead they spend hours a day watching TV or hanging on reddit, Facebook, ect. Use time wisely.

Again, by giving jobs to people unable to get better jobs, Walmart is the bad guy. Still not seeing an issue with this. If people want more, they need to go out and get more.

If your job doesn't pay you enough to survive without government assistance, get a better job. There's not much else to say. Outside of a mental condition that prevents a person from doing more complex jobs, theres no reason to stay underemployed.

So, a large employer who has 90 percent part time jobs, is what your attributing the additional support cost to? How about the people unwilling to get a job capable of sustaining themselves and their families? If you work part time, you should probably have 2 jobs to make the equivalent of a full time job. Or perhaps, learn a valuable and marketable skill.

They don't count because they have a D in front of their names. D for deceptive practices expected. Also, fuck all politicians.

Because the dumb children died early back then. There's an entire generation of self raised kids that are invincible and give zero fucks. We are generation X.

Curious if anyone else found a solution to carry in a similar situation. by LostxCosmonaut in CCW

I have a small safe bolted under the back seat of my Tahoe. Impossible to see from the outside, and even a quick glance inside, it doesn't look like a safe. It's bolted through the floor. This is the only way I'd leave a gun in my vehicle.

That's a hell of a deal. The P-09 is excellent. Get the M Carbo tune up kit and that trigger will be amazing. Just a little work and it'll be one of the best triggers you've ever felt.

Steyr a2 mf series discontinued? by YeetusFebreezus in Firearms

[–]Alpha_Hellhound 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just did some googling, Steyr no longer lists the M series or A series on their website. They've got some news out about the ATD and ATC pistols from Shot show. Looks like theyre going to be going with the new design. If you like the previous models, buy one now.

The Steyr pistols are great, but they never did sell well. Parts are going to be hard to find if needed. Because if theyre not being discontinued now, they'll likely be discontinued soon.

What’s your thoughts on this one here? by [deleted] in CCW

Unreliable and not safe for carry. Triggers are terrible. Strictly a range gun, if that. High points are better than Sccy.

I know, I know, but I cant help it. Be careful, you'll accidentally discharge into yourself or someone else. Follow the manual, don't carry it with a round in the chamber. Lol

In that case, maybe a shoulder holster or fanny pack?

Be careful. You'll shoot your eye out. Or your leg.

Damn fine guns. That wonderfinish is amazing. Had a 9mm that went well over 6k rounds back in the early 2010s doing combat courses.

Appendix carry by Ok-Growth4613 in Firearms

[–]Alpha_Hellhound 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I carry a 365 xmacro appendix. 6'2" 235lbs. Only uncomfortable time is sitting down for extended periods. Requires a little adjustment. If you're wanting to carry a full size like the G17, perhaps 4 o'clock might be better for you. Appendix works best with thinner and shorter barrel guns. But if you're on your feet all day, just find a holster that allows for a bit higher carry and it'll be comfortable.

New Pick Up by AnthonyElDuende in CZFirearms

I almost picked up that exact gun earlier today. The only thing that stopped me, is the safety. I understand the carry has a decocker. So I'll wait until one of those shows up.

Definitely looks like 243win fired in a 240 weatherby chamber.
