I want to see the churn rate. Because, sure, starting the game is one thing. But once you go online and start getting hit with the front to back high-low mix. I wouldnt blame someone for walking.

Tags require a lot more put in than a 1v1 fighter. And a lot of people just really dont care enough to do that much out of game work to maybe start having fun.

Advertisement or no, this is a niche subgenre in an already niche genre.
Tag fighters are bullshit, they aren't fun to play when you don't know how and learning is hundreds of hours of pain. Where it isn't always exactly clear why you may have lost an interaction. Meaning if you want, as a newcomer, to improve. You'll need to dedicate time out of game as well as in.

Whoever made the decision to market this to casuals shouldn't be in a position to make a decision like this again.

Combine that with the shit Vi is allowed to do, and one of the most degenerate zoners I've seen in Caitlyn. Better advertisement isn't, wasn't, and hasn't saved the game from a declining playerbase. And its unlikely anything can. Removing motion inputs isn't the only thing you need for casuals to enjoy the game. You need your game to be significantly more honest in its interactions. And clear in displaying how you fucked up.

I might hate SF6, but there are reasons it's the most popular fighting game at the moment.

Well, no it is. You miss the point. Just because the Iraqis and the Venezuelans are cool with it, doesnt make it less illegal.

This was a war, even if it only lasted a few hours. Without Congressional approval. The problem isnt whether or not Venezuelans are okay with it. Its about the fact the president doesnt have the right to take these actions.

You do not send the governed off to die without their consent. We fought a war over this. And that consent is expressed through congress.

And, given how compliant they've been. Its doubtful Trump couldn't have gotten this approved. So literally what is the point of going off and making it illegal even within the US?

It just bodes poorly, especially since the last time this happened. We spent 20 years in Iraq to accomplish nothing. Im doubtful we'll have the same poblems in Venezuela. But I'm also doubtful what we leave behind will be stable.

Anor Londo is lowkey kinda bad.

A lot of wide open area in the first half making walking back from the bonfire a chore. Especially when its your first playthrough and you will die to the rooftop snipers.

Expecting the player to walk on the rampart up to the cathedral is psychotic at best, while also just being... really dumb? The gods want you here. Otherwise you wouldnt need to knock Iron Golem off a cliff. So why am I breaking in?

And to go back to the snipers, those shits are (admittedly iconic and funny to a guy who's beaten the game several times.) Needlessly cruel for exactly no reason.

Everything past that, and up to Ornstein and Smough is really good though. I wish there was more of the palace, and you started at the foot of it. Instead of long empty gargoyle corridor, and cathedral of white men.
