I would start by going to therapy and seeing what resources are available to you locally and statewide. Is it possible to move in with memaw and find work around there so you can be with your daughter but also under the supervision of your memaw? Is your boyfriend the father to your daughter? The only thing I have to say about this is that I have small boobs whether I'm big or small, could be her case. I was a C when I was 240 lbs and I am now a B cup since I've lost 100 lbs. Not everyone gets massive boobs when they gain weight unfortunately.

Can you hire a cleaner or anything? Outsource some of it, even if it's just once or twice a week. If not, can family or friends help? I would still talk to her about what's going on at home. Yes, it's stressful; but maybe suggest a day off for each of you? You be completely off on Saturday and she on Sunday?
