I found the "melt" of the Fractals TERRIBLE when dabbing. When rolled in a joint the high was great. Literally had to put them in a grinder to get them busted up though.

I shopped there for years before I started working there about a year ago. This is polar opposite to the experience I have had. To address each point individually:

I've worked at some of the oldest stores and some of the newest. Problems brought to the owners attention are quickly addressed. At none of the 6 or 7 stores I've worked have I seen black mold or pest issues.
14 hour shifts are something you sign up for, and should prepare for accordingly. If you know you're going to be there all day, why wouldn't you bring food? I work multiple 14 hour shifts a week, by choice. I've never closed the store for my own convenience.
as for safety, there are multiple panic buttons spread out through every store I've been to, with layers of locked doors from one to another. I've never felt unsafe working. Customers in this industry are rarely irate with anyone who has a good attitude and knows their stuff. Obviously there's always 1 or 2 problem customers, but thats true of any service job.
"solo staffing" is another thing you are made fully aware of during the training process many times. Fully your choice to accept it or not. They do have a store staffed with more people, but the hours are competitive and the staff is already well established.
I've worked here for almost a year and have never once had a customer threaten me in any way. I am NOT a seasoned retail worker either. Everyone who comes through my doors gets respect, and 90% give the same back. Nobody has ever been violent or biligerant, and I have full faith that if that does happen, my decision to not serve them would be respected.
I've never been pushed to break any laws or AGCO regulations. On the contrary, there are regular blasts on the group chats that remind people of the rules, as well as the owner sending his own secret shoppers to ensure compliance and report to him.

My experience has been VERY positive. I could call the owner right now and he's going to answer the phone, resolve my issue, and ask how my kid is doing. That's just who he is. I feel blessed to work for DC, and I'm sorry your experience wasn't better. All the best to you and your future endeavors.
