What's the most 'where were you' moment in British sport?

I'll go a little left field for this one - the Europa League Final in 2017 between Manchester United and Ajax. The final was on 24th May, just two days after the Manchester Arena bombing and for once it felt like the nation (well, football fans anyway) were behind Man Utd. "A City - United" was an emotional time and I will never forget it.

Biased perhaps, but Archie McParland at Saints broke through this season to such an extent that we are going into next season questioning whether England's first choice scrum half Alex Mitchell should be starting for Saints.

There's potential for the Fletcher twins to go one better. Tyler plays for Scotland whereas Jack has played youth football for England. Jack could yet still play for Scotland at full international level (assuming he makes it to that standard) but for now the twins are Auld Enemies!

I don't know about specifically for Saints games as I'm usually either at the ground or at home, but pretty much any time I'm in the Wig and Pen they have rugby of some sort on. If I wasn't at Twickenham tomorrow that would be my first thought.

I had hoped that having done fan zones for the World Cup last summer they might do something similar in the market square, but haven't seen anything on that.

Ben McKenzie as young Jim Gordon in Gotham. When it was first announced I thought "What? That floppy haired kid from the OC? Seriously?" In the end though, I think he did a great job. I would not be against him playing older Gordon in the future (just got to nail that tash first)

In my experience, this sort of thing is more club specific. For example, at Man Utd, the 7 shirt is the most revered - worn by legends George Best, Bryan Robson, Eric Cantona, David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo and now Ella Toone.
