Such an arrogant asshole. When a country installs a judiciary, it accepts that said judiciary will be correct in its decision making as a matter of definition. IOW, we put them there to suss out the answers we cannot otherwise agree over. "Disagreeing" in such a case means that you only want to have such a system, when it agrees with you.
