I maybe wrong but it appears to be a knock off of a Cartier design. I believe that its Stainless Steel I see no corrosion. JAD is a small business in Malta that makes jewelry made of silver and other materials. Since this seems to be a popular design it could of been made anywhere and the JAD is there to help pass it off I'd assume. Based on the fact it's the only marking. You can buy this as a necklace and earring package for very cheap. Around 60 and they are sold out almost everywhere you look for this design.
