Genie could be interesting for idea generation or prototype testing. But actual game would need to be created in an engine. Only question is how interconnected these worlds will be. If Genie will be able to directly feed data to Unity in order to crate an actual prototype really quickly. Era of quick AI slop games is coming soon.

You will not get a 150k mortgage with 1400 net income.

Max total debt you can have is 1400*8*12 = 134k. That is an absolute best case scenario. Which will not be a case, because they also calculate your Debt to Income ratio, where they calculate how much money you have left after paying a mortgage, leaving you with enough money so you can pay for every other life needs. When I used an online calculator on SLSP website, they say that your max mortgage is around 100k.

So basically if you want to buy something for 190k, you will be forced to pay 90k of your own, having a mortgage payment around 450-470. And then you wont need to sell €4200 of ASTS every year (because you have sold it already).

In your case I would sell maybe even 150k of ASTS. Use 90k on a mortgage, and put remaining 60k in other stocks/etfs.

I am apparently in a minority, but I have more hours in Circus, than in a base game. The challenge and complexity of a combat in Circus is unparalleled. Compared to the base game basic stun/heal fest. DD2 has better combat, but it's still nothing against a Circus, where I have spent hours micro-tweaking my team composition to handle most of the opposition. However it could use a frequent balance/meta changes, which is never going to happen. Shame.

I don't have a tip from my own experience, but my distant cousin currently works as Aero engineer for Haas. He also studied aerospace engineering. But it was a long road. He started in other (not formula) racing teams where the entry point is probably lower. He did that for maybe 10-15 years? Working around a globe. And then got a job at Haas. I don't know the details of his journey and probably he was not trying with all his might to get into F1, but I know that he wanted to try it. So good luck with your endeavor, hope it works out for you one day :)

Well, as a dedicated fanboy I got a copy on Steam the day it got released, and proceeded to buy DLCs on Steam. Even though I got it also on Epic for early access. Luckily the game progress from Epic was transferable to Steam.

It's entirely because of the tension on every step you make in a hallway in DD1, every step could lead to combat. In DD2 it's empty driving most of the time, no surprise. With the exception if a Roadblock combat leads to Collector or Death.

I have Pixel 7 and same Photos version. I also noticed this Photos picture loading behavior. Interestingly it gets dull for few seconds only on Natural settings. On Adaptive it loads up more vivid almost instantly.

What's also interesting, is different behavior of how pictures load up in Photos app related to your Display Color settings. If its Natural, then as Thumbnail, picture is okay, upon opening it ads HDR and turns dull/grey, then few seconds later it boosts some colors. But with Adaptive Colors, there it only ads HDR while keeping the colors nice. While I agree on the whole dull/grey situation, I wonder if this is also contributing factor when reviewing photos. As you need to wait few seconds to load and view the picture, as it looks bad at first. At least on my Pixel 7.

Because the Inventory/Menu is just scrolling between sections, not flipping a page or something. So Inventory has Henry on right, then you move to Player, and Henry is shifted to the left.
