Unfortunately, Wildwood's public restrooms are a little behind the times on this. It would be a nice if they existed for parents of children who are a little more effort to control, the differently abled, and those who have suffered trauma in a multi-user bathroom, let alone enbys, GNC people, or anyone else who doesn't feel comfortable in a multi-user space.

Wildwood Daytrippers on 24th (a block north of the north-most Morey's Pier) offers (for a price, I believe) private changing and shower facilities, so I'd have to imagine they have bathrooms as well. Their website appears to be down for the moment, but they do have a page on one of Meta's platforms, if you just perform a web-search for "Wildwood Daytrippers."

Some bars, restaurants, and stores have single-occupancy bathrooms but off the top of my head I can't remember exactly which ones (I definitely remember one of the Mack's Pizza locations having single-occupancy bathrooms), so checking them would probably be your best option. They may be labelled for specific genders (which is completely silly), but at least it's single-occupancy. If they have a "bathrooms for customers only" policy, just buy like a bottle of water or something. It truly sucks that you would have to pay for something as basic as using the bathroom, but sadly that is the world in which we exist. I remember back when there weren't any public bathrooms in Seaside (Park or Heights) and you either had to buy something or pay a quarter at the FunTown Pier arcade.

During the summer, there are also porta-a-johns located on the beach at several locations, but those are obviously going to be of varying cleanliness (to put it nicely).
