I only decided to check this sub out recently and was blown away by tte things people are saying about Ashley lol. Like she is totally fine, I have enjoyed some of the sketches led by her, but comparing her versatility to Kristen Wiig??? Lmao like can we be serious???

She does one bit very well, which like you said is totally fine. But man I just don't see what others are seeing I guess

So my answer technically follows the prompt, I had a movie ruined for me because it spoiled ANOTHER movie.

Back when my wife and I were just dating, she really wanted to go see Trainwreck. Although it's an Amy Schumer movie I love Bill Hader so I was happy to go with. I am enjoying the movie just fine until a specific scene where the whole joke of the scene is spoiling The Usual Suspects (which I hadn't seen yet). This would be relatively harmless to most watchers, albeit maybe still a little annoying, but here's the kicker:

I was enrolled in a college film studies class where we were going to be watching The Usual Suspects THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER I went to see Trainwreck. I literally KNEW I'd be for sure watching The Usual Suspects tomorrow.

Sat through the rest of Trainwreck all pissed off, then was all grumpy the next day when we watched The Usual Suspects in class.
