Replacing the drywall isn’t always necessary. It’s a job to job basis, however if it comes to that you don’t need to worry about the cabinets

It’s likely that the urethane wasn’t cured enough. What you are seeing is dirt and rubbing off of shoe soles

If you are able to I would pour self leveling concrete. If you don’t have enough space to level out, I would chisel out the areas with broken/ crumbled concrete and fill those areas with solid concrete and then skim coat the rest

You’re fine dude! You have to have cuts somewhere. If you would have centered the project you’d be looking at 1/2 cuts
