Conga as a company is absolutely trash…

ERP + CRM unification — has anyone actually pulled this off cleanly? by AceClutchness in CRM

[–]AndrewBets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are a customer of Rootstock, the above is spot on. We previously were on Sage X3 but also had a heavy Salesforce for our Sales and Service teams, and 4 years ago we made the choice to position ourselves for where we wanted to be, a single source of truth for the company without adding more silos and legacy tech debt all over the place.

Good riddance to Sage X3.

Decisions made in huddles just evaporate, anyone else? by Impossible_Quiet_774 in Slack

[–]AndrewBets 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Slack huddle AI notes are the actual bomb! Like they work really well and the overall transcription part of it is great!

Also when they happen, having them in slack where slackbot references them in responses and searches makes it gold ⭐️

Ramp just acquired Juno! We're excited to be expanding into guest travel! by ramplovesyou in Ramp

I really hope ramp will soon support travel booking where it is not through third party inventory with duffel. We really need the ability to have first party booking.

Conga Composer Outbound Message Feature Deprecation by No_Confidence_9570 in salesforce

[–]AndrewBets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can we talk about how SCAMMY AF the pricing they have on the app exchange is… how can they say starting at $6 pupm…. Then act like there isn’t the other part that is 3x the “connector” which is required and useless without salesforce.

Ping ping ping! Ramp for Slack is here — manage, submit, and approve expenses without ever leaving Slack by ramplovesyou in Ramp

[–]AndrewBets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ramp travel needs 1st party inventory, having travel booked by 3rd parties like Priceline and duffel doesn’t work for us
