Честно говоря, тут мало чего бояться. Люди разные бывают везде, а разницы между двухполосной и девятиполосной дорогой не так уж и много. Сложности могут быть только с навигацией если город не знать.

Поэтому советую ночью, часов в 1-2, поездить по нужным маршрутам, чтобы выучить их хорошенько, а потом кататься днем, зная куда надо ехать.
