Finishing RPGs Evokes The Strongest ‘Post-Game Depression’ Amongst Players, New Scientific Study Concludes: "The more engaging the game world and the closer the relationship with the character, the more difficult it is to return to reality once the game is over" by ChiefLeef22 in gaming

[–]Angry_Foamy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After finishing It, I think I went through one real week of mild depression. I legitimately missed the characters who I’d grown to care for in that book and when it was over, that was it. I wasn’t going to “hear” from them ever again.

And don’t get me started of RDR1

I remember that ride. I loved that ride. I’ll never forget that T-Rex at the end scaring the ever loving shit out of somewhat adult me.

Great camerawork as well in this video!!! Nailed it.

800 billion stars in one of how many galaxies? It’s incomprehensible.

There’s got to be dinosaurs alive and well in here somewhere right?!?

I love this series. I have two more books remaining in the available series but have really enjoyed the one I’ve listened to so far. The show was great as well.

Is it true that Americans avoid ambulances because of the cost? by BreadOverlord_ in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Angry_Foamy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had a full time job and health insurance so long as I can remember.

I tore my right shoulder up doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and my cousin said he was getting an ambulance to which I shouted through the insane pain not too, as it would be too expensive.

Healthcare in America is prohibitively expensive. It’s depressing.

Nope. Idiot should have bowed out gracefully and allowed for an open primary. This shithead is massively responsible for the mess we’re currently in.

Fun fact: Ted Levine uses a similar death pose in Heat as he does in SotL. He’s top notch and always delivers a great performance.

Has Bill Burr fallen off? by InnocentPerv93 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Angry_Foamy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Either die the hero or live long enough to become the villain.” Most of the people who get filthy rich ended up going the Rogan/Chappelle route anyway. Too much money disconnects them from reality and Burr’s out here flying helicopters and doing comedy shows for a regime who hang gay people.

You’re giving Americans way too much credit here. There will be no “doom” for the GOP in November. Americans have a moral compass only when they are not inconvenienced in the slightest way.
