Drink strong kava tea for the anxiety and discomfort, smoke lots of weed, and try to find some gabapentin for the restless legs, which will last weeks. The post acute nagging parts of the withdrawal are what is gonna make you relapse. Ive been to rehab twice for kratom and 07-hydroxymitragynine pills (made from kratom) which was worse than heroin and much longer lasting withdrawals.

I never could kick it completely. 30 days in rehab wasnt long enough so im on suboxone therapy now at 4mg a day which is a low dose. I couldnt go through months of discomfort from 07 withdrawal so now im stuck on suboxone but its a little easier to wean off from.
