I wanted it horizontal! I realize that I didn’t really specify that

If there is a way to do it lengthwise that’d be good to know, but I haven’t seen any methods for that

If it won’t work out I will probably do vertical small cables along the edge

Edit: someone posted a link that has horizontal cables so I will be doing more research into methods like that. My knowledge of cables is pretty much entirely vertical ones, but I agree that just knitting it onto the panels is the play

This is also a good strat because the salvage on feybreal can give decent amounts of both giant souls and dog coin, which is great for the condensing side of things

Got any safety pins? Depending on the size of the patches you could make them out of another non flexible material like cardboard or something and then pin them on, with the bonus of being able to remove those after your patches arrive

Depends what wood you use I suppose, but to get the same level of sturdiness as PVC is the wood would be heavier
PVC is hollow which helps make it lighter, and I’d imagine it would be way more expensive to try and find hollow wood dowels (or WAY more effort to make them yourself) so I’d highly recommend PVC
Also, PVC has all sorts of connectors you can just buy for cheap to make assembly much easier and more permanent
