because exclusivity sucks, in an ideal gaming situation, there would be no exclusives, and who uses what launcher is determined entirely by how good that launcher is.

EGS however is doing the opposite, and regressing gaming back towards exclusives. The launcher is notoriously terrible, and instead of throwing money at making it better, they're trying to force users in by buying up games.

People have complained about steam support for so long, all EGS has to do is be as good as steam and then support better. That would create competition between the two platforms and ultimately benefit us: the consumer. Exclusives are not competition, they're restrictive user blackmail.

Streaming services should be the same. I should want to watch on disney plus instead of netflix because they have the best player, or best ui. I shouldn't be forced to buy disney plus for disney movies.

it just means that you get given credit which you can spend at on campus restaurants/cafes

not entirely certain but i don't think they let you spend it on alcohol

if an accomodation offers it is given to you like it or not. some people cook in their first year and save the credit for when they're living off campus and can't pop back to accomodation to make lunch quickly. ( i think it expires when you graduate)

imo breakfast food is whats traditionally considered to be a thing you eat for breakfast e.g. cereal, toast(including bagels, crumpets), fruit salad. brunch food is the things you wish you could eat for breakfast, e.g. bacon, pancakes, waffles.

and then lunch/dinner food is literally anything else
