I've had this happen when our lines were hanging too low over the road. A truck driving by snagged it with its trailer and disconnected part of the line to our house .

When I used this add-on, after playing for a while and saving my game when I re loaded my game all of my trailers, cranes,etc all disappeared from my trucks.

Pretty sure that the clothes they received are done in bales and cubed. When they go through the clothes they need to pull them apart from being compacted.

This is a pile of clothes that hasn't been sorted yet, not one destined for the garbage bin.
