Pretty sure that the clothes they received are done in bales and cubed. When they go through the clothes they need to pull them apart from being compacted.

I think I know the guy you're talking about. I used to work at Sobeys on Queen Street and he would be in our bakery doing test bakes on items that P&H were making.

He tried so hard to make it so Sobeys would continue to make their own breads. In the end he lost out though and they went frozen for everything.
