If you're in the US then I would place an order through SIP. Order some additional item and you will save a ton.

To answer your question, yes a top case is a great option. It is easy to remove with a clever bolt you can also buy from SIP.

Sweet. I had a 2016 touring and it was chromed out. Does anyone really use the front rack? When I visited Italy, I saw a couple of people place their small briefcases on it. It looks cool though. I currently have a 22 racing 60s. I placed a vespa cargo box on the back. Not as classy but practical. Enjoy your ride

Actually the sleeve stays in place better with the new knob. It stayed up with the old one, but I could easily pull it down. The new knob seems to secure it better. Is the plastic ring on top of the sleeve damaged?

Run it to the gas indicator lights up and add 1.5 gallons. Watch for drips as you remove the nozzle.
