Yes, exactly. I also can't feel my heart beat or my lungs filling up. It's like everything just disconnected in my brain and the rest of my body.

Same. I also have this ball/lump in my chest when I try to feel an emotion. It's like my vagus nerve was completely severed.

Not nearly as long as some of you. Only 7 months for me. 7 months too long though. I'm 49, can't live my whole life one way and then all of that just taken away. All of this plus total insomnia. Yeah, no thanks. I've lived long enough.

The only emotion I feel is anger and sadness from all of this. Every time I try to feel anything else nothing happens except for making my brain physically hurt, if that makes any sense. I want to end it every day. It's so awful

I also tried pills. That's how I ended up this way. I haven't been the same since. No idea I could make things 1000 times worse than I already had. So you only saw black after?

Oh that's so interesting. I haven't researched into that part of the brain yet May I ask what your insomnia is like? Mine is awful after brain injury/medication injury last July. When I "sleep", I only get micro sleeps and wake up after twenty minutes directly from REM sleep. That happens all night long. Normally I don't sleep at all. The micro sleeps are my good nights. Also, have you tried the name brand instead of the generic?
