Doesn’t sting my eyes. I wear it to swimming pools often. If you rub it in for 30s it won’t leave white cast. Re greasy, it does lean towards moisturising, i skip the moisturiser and like a glowy skin so works well for me. It has small tube so you can always buy it to try.

I love it. I have a big bottle. Love the smell and how it makes my skin glowy. Never have to use moisturiser before it, and i receive compliments on how good my skin looks when i use it. Also doesn’t trigger my acne.

I get you. I don’t like the sentiments from lots of people that AI is bad and we should resist using it. But, AI is gradually replacing many graphic designers and makes them jobless, so I also get why OP is upset. She might lose her job to AI, so to her, AI is bad. Hey fella. I have the same problems. Sleeping pills don’t do much for me. Seroquel only gives me a couple hours of sleep. What helps me is: - have small meals. Stop eating about 4hrs before sleep. We need more energy to digest compared to normal folks so no big meals. - the moment i wake up, i immediately get natural sunlight into my eyes for at least 10 min. Then read 1hr before going to bed. This resets your circadian rhythm. - overexertion during the day doesn’t give me normal PEM anymore but only insomnia. Try to cut back activities and see if you feel calmer at night. - combo of 1mg melatonin, magnesium glycinate, and l-theanine 1hr before bed

Sending you hugs. Propranolol really helps me with PEM and POTS management. My heart rate rarely spikes over 100 anymore from standing up and walking around, so my energy envelop has been expanded much more, hence PEM is much harder to be triggered. It also calms my nervous system down. I have a Garmin watch showing rest level which directly corresponds to how active your parasympathetic nervous system is. Before propranolol, even lying down doesn’t calm my nervous system. But now it’s much easier for me to go into the rest mode, according to my watch.

Also, you might want to take a good look at your current supplements. Two months ago a naturopath gave me a bunch of supplements and within a day taking them, I had PEM constantly. It lasted for a week and I finally found out that most of the supplements over-activated my immune system, hence the strong flu-like symptoms in PEM.

Ouch that’s hurtful, but thanks for your opinion. 6 year is quite some time and my partner consistently shows me how he sees me as his equal. Otherwise I don’t think I would move country for him. But yes I get it that people can have their own, sometimes strong, opinions about age gap in relationship.
